Information you give us

When you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, contact details, enquiry type and message. We use this information to answer your enquiry and provide the service you have requested.

Form submissions are processed for us by Formspree. Please do not include payment details or unnecessary sensitive information in the message box.

Information collected when you book an appointment or follow a link to another provider is handled under that provider’s own privacy information.

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics helps us understand how the website is found and used. It may collect information about pages viewed, approximate location, referring websites, browser and device type. We have disabled Google signals and advertising-personalisation signals in our website configuration.

Meta Pixel

Meta Pixel helps us measure visits and the effectiveness of advertising on Facebook and Instagram. When enabled, it records a page-view event and may use browser or device identifiers.

Instagram feed

Our homepage contains an Instagram feed supplied through SnapWidget. The feed is not loaded until optional cookies are accepted. Once loaded, the visitor’s browser connects to that third-party service.

Optional services remain off unless you accept them. Accepting or rejecting is remembered for 30 days, after which we ask again. You can change your decision sooner by selecting Cookie settings in the footer of any page.

We keep website enquiries only for as long as they are reasonably needed to answer the enquiry, provide a requested service, maintain appropriate business records or meet a legal obligation. Individual service providers may apply their own retention periods.
